The Global Teams Project is an ongoing industry–academia initiative led by POWER‑tek Global Inc. The project is designed to equip students and early-career professionals with the practical skills, insights, and confidence required to excel in multinational teams. Leveraging POWER‑tek’s frontline experience managing complex engineering and infrastructure projects across the Middle East, North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, the project combines applied behavioural science, real-world case studies, and self-assessment tools to develop high-performing, culturally competent leaders.

To bridge industry and academia by providing experiential learning opportunities that prepare university students for the global workplace while continuously generating insights to refine workforce readiness practices worldwide.
How It Works
The Global Teams Project engages leading universities worldwide to provide students and early-career professionals with future-ready leadership skills through a flexible, industry–academia learning experience. Drawing on Powertek’s multinational operations and offices in the USA, UK, Canada, KSA, and Pakistan, the 90-minute interactive workshop uses real-world scenarios from global projects to give participants practical tools for excelling in cross-cultural team leadership.
